RYA Safety Boat Course
Learn rescue techniques to help keep a variety of water users safe
Learn how to provide safety cover for a variety of activities afloat. The course focusses on practical techniques for rescuing different watercraft, including dinghies, windsurfers and canoes, and basic management of events and groups afloat. Mostly practical but with some classroom elements. Minimum duration 2 days.
Course Requirements
RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate
Age 16+
You also need to have a basic understanding of sailing boats and windsurfers.
