Returning for its second epic summer of splashing, sailing, and full-on fun at Oban Sailing Club!
Get ready for five action-packed days on and around the water, led by our team of fully qualified RYA instructors. It’s the perfect mix of challenge and adventure – ideal for kids who love the outdoors and aren’t afraid to get their feet (and everything else!) wet.
🧭 So what’s in store?
Expect a different adventure every day, whatever the weather throws at us. Whether you’re sailing a dinghy for the first time or heading off as a team to explore hidden islands in our big Drascombe Gig, there’s something new to try around every corner.
We’ll be:
- Sailing dinghies and playing games on the water
- Exploring islands and building rafts
- Competing in scavenger hunts and water relays
- Learning powerboating basics and survival skills
- Rock pooling, knot tying, laughing, leaping and splashing!
Every day is different, full of challenges, teamwork, and big smiles — plus a few surprises along the way. You’ll make friends, build confidence, and leave with memories that last long after your towel is dry.
🧒 Who Can Join?
We run two age groups each week:
- Ages 8–11
- Ages 11–15 (starting S1 in August 2025)
Spaces are limited to 12 per age group each week, so everyone gets plenty of time and support. While both groups will be on site together, activities are mostly separate to make sure they’re age-appropriate and engaging.
📢 Important: You must be a competent swimmer to take part.
