SORRY fully booked – but we have another event running in AUGUST
What’s it all about?
Join Oban Sailing Club for a new fun packed Wet and Wild Week for juniors this Summer. With fully qualified RYA instructors overseeing this adventurous 5 days on and near the water, you can be assured of getting wet, learning new skills, working in teams, laughing a lot and challenging yourself to try new and exciting activities.
What activities might I expect?
Activities will be matched to the changeable Oban weather but will include – Dinghy Sailing – get afloat and try a boat or if suitably qualified taking a dinghy out on your own. Drascombe Gig Adventures & games, sailing as a group to an island – exploring, picnics, scavenger hunts, team games, an introduction to powerboating, knot tying, raft building, rock pooling and a whole heap more……
Who is it for?
Two Age groups each week –
Age 8 -11 (just finished P6 heading for P7) [SORRY SOLD OUT]Age 11-15 (starting S1 Aug ’24 – S4)[ [SORRY SOLD OUT. ]
** You must be a competent swimmer to attend this activity. **
