Racing

Keelboat racing takes place in Oban Harbour almost every Tuesday evening (start 1900 h) between April and September.  In addition there are regular weekend Trophy races, a regatta, and the club organises the Round Mull Race over a weekend in late June or early July.  Oban Sailing Club is also a co-organiser (along with the Royal Highland Yacht Club and Western Isles Yacht Club) of West Highland Week in July/August.

Crewing

Whether you have any experience or not we encourage you to try your hand at keelboat racing.  Either contact the Vice-Commodore directly or come down to the clubhouse on spec any Tuesday evening at 1800 h.  (You will need waterproof clothing).
